Invasive Species Poster.png

Again this year, the Overbrook Community Association is pleased to be working with Community Action for Environmental Sustainability (CAFES) and the students of Carleton University's Department of Sociology and Archeology.

This year's Community Engagement Project is all about invasive plant species and how we can mitigate their spread.

The image at left is the logo for Overbrook's project. It was created by a talented Native artist, ZaagaasigeGiizis Stoneypoint, who also happens to be a student in this class.
